- The bride should be between 18 to 40 years old.
- She must be unmarried at the time of application.
- Priority is given to orphans, destitute individuals, persons with disabilities (PWDs), or daughters of PWDs.
- The applicant must be a resident of Punjab.
- Applications can be submitted by the bride herself or her father, mother, or guardian.
- In case of a high number of applications, selection will be made through electronic balloting.
Benefits of the Program
Successful applicants of the Dhee Rani Program receive:
- A gift package worth Rs. 206,000, including essential household items.
- A cash gift of Rs. 100,000 provided via an ATM card.
- Arrangement of collective wedding ceremonies across Punjab.
- Provision of meals for up to 20 guests during the wedding ceremony.

In the first phase, 1,500 couples were married in a single day, with a total of 3,000 weddings planned. The program continues to expand, with the second phase launched in districts like Khushab, where 74 couples were married in a dignified ceremony.
